If you add some pumpkin seeds to your oatmeal, it'll lower it even more! Also, add a sprinkle of cinamon to flavour the porridge and that will lower your sugar levels too!

Please be careful oatmeal spikes some peoples BGs and certain fruits are a no no also .For instance if I had oatmeal and banana my BGs would be off the planet

my bacon and egg breakfast put my blood at 6.5.....after porridge and sultanas.......13.6, i think i will stay with the fat .
