Hello. I got my cholestrol results today 5.9 high. I was just wondering if anyone knows their Cholestrol levels being on a low LCHF diet?

Mine were around 4 and have stayed at the same level despite eating more fat.
Losing some weight seems to have helped me.

Hi,

What were the lipid breakdowns? (triglycerides, HDL and LDL) You must ask if you don't know. Total cholesterol on its own means nothing at all.

Mine were 6.0 last time, down from 6.9 (see details in sig). Bluetit is right though about the detail.

Mine were 4.2 (ldl = 2.3) last time down from 5.9 - not sure of b\down though.

your trigs should be down, your hdl should be up and it's 50/50 whether ldl went up or down
