Cinnamon and Turmeric Lowering BG ?

Has anyone had any positive results from taking Cinnamon and turmeric supplements to lower Blood Glucose ??
 
Hello i'm so sorry for not being responding to the subject but i really need to know how do i do to have a doctor and all kind of things for diabetes here in uk? i'm living in Manchester about 2 weeks and sooner or latter i'll need to buy insulin and everything, i would like to know how it works here please....

I would guess you would need to register with your local doctors surgery. Alternatively phone NHS Direct on 0845 4647 and ask them for what you should do.

Call NHS Direct , they will give you advice !! Don`t leave it too long !!
