Interesting study published. Cinnamon may help with weight loss ? It is beneficial in other ways.
I add Cinnamon to my cream coffee and green bedtime tea ( Along with ginger )

I have a mixture tupperware box of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and a few other spices. I sprinkle this on berries, nuts and yogurt circa 5 times a week.
