Cinnamon Tablets

I'm type 2 at the moment and taking 4 x metformin and 1 x lingagliptan is anyone else taking these tablets and Cinnamon? Don't know if I'm doing the right thing or not. I've started Turmeric tablet too

Hi and welcome.
I have heard that Both Cinnamon and Turmeric can be good to take as I diabetic, I don't think there is much proof as to the befit or harm of taking them, but if you think they assist no problem.
I eat Cinamom with food as I enjoy the flavour,
