Cinnamon

I have heard on here that some of you have cinnamon but can you tell me please how you use it is it just something to add to cooked food
 
I tried the capsules , I found they caused stomach upset so I just add it to food now .
 
When I make my bread I put some in, in the yog sounds tasty, might try that.
 
I had good results by taking cinnamon capsules. It was the only thing I found that ever seemed to help my morning fasting levels but only marginally. Others like bitter melon and especially gymnema were good at spike control (I found gymnema nearly as good a Metformin in helping bg's) Only certain varieties of cinnamon work (Casia) and you need to make sure you don't take too much as otherwise it can give you stomach problems. I can't remember the exact way of calculating the maximum but for me at 85Kgs it was no more than 1500mg / day.
 
i sprinkle on greek youghut for breakfast on work days its nice gives it a kick
