I have to attend an attendance monitoring interview at my place of employment due to 2 periods of illness with diabetes in last 6 months, my union rep will be present but just for my own knowledge is it truly classed as disability, i am type 2 with 3 injections of insulin daily and 4 metformin tablets.
My work has 2 pathways for attendance monitoring and i need to ensure i am on the right one, i know my union will have the information but i am the type who likes to know themselves.
