It's only an hour difference for your long acting.
In most cases, and depending on the insulin you use, this won't be a noticable difference.
If you're worried about it, what about doing your insulin half an hour later for a couple of days, and then do the other half hour?
What basal insulin are you on?
Levemir is quite 'skitty', you may notice a very small difference, but only if you're very stable I'd think.
Lantus/abasaglar is more forgiving, I'd be surprised if you'd even notice a difference from injecting an hour earlier or later.
I'm on Tresiba, the steadiest, and I take it before bed. Which can be anything between 11PM and 5AM without noticing a difference.
