Co Q10 is one of the suppliments I've been considering for a while... I think I'll jump in and buy some.
 
I've tried it, and it reduced my BG by 1 point.

Unfortunately I'm now on statins which reduce your coq10, and my BG has gone back up.
 
I've been taking these for a while (although only 100mg once a day). I'd recommend it. It's true that statin drugs DO lower your CoQ10 levels - so if you are taking stsatins I'd advise trying CoQ10 at a higher dose that I'm taking.
