Help please.
A few weeks ago someone posted this recipe and I printed it off as I intend to make this for Christmas.
I can't remember who posted it and can't find it again, so I'm hoping someone can help with a couple of questions?
For the mousse, it states 350g of whipping cream.
Whipping cream is a liquid and is sold in ml?
Also for the cheesecake part, recipe says 125ml of whipping cream.
Neither says whether cream should be whipped or not?
