Morning, just been reading on the Web that many athletes eat coconut fat an hour or so before exercise. Also told that bouillon works well too which I'm going to try later. What do you guys eat to? Ta
Usually I make a big protein shake up with a few carbs (a chunk of my daily allowance as LCHF) and have half before a workout, and half after ,then wander in to my home gym with a cup of workout booster (coffee)
