Coconut fat pre exercise

Morning, just been reading on the Web that many athletes eat coconut fat an hour or so before exercise. Also told that bouillon works well too which I'm going to try later. What do you guys eat to? Ta
 
I have had coconut fat and butter in coffee for breakfast. A cup of that and a few nuts sees me through to lunch
 
Usually I make a big protein shake up with a few carbs (a chunk of my daily allowance as LCHF) and have half before a workout, and half after ,then wander in to my home gym with a cup of workout booster (coffee)

Me too - coffee into the workout that is. A mug of espresso makes yoga a bit different.

You could also try the SIS double espresso gels - only used while running/cycling, but a hell of a kick.
