If something seems too good to be true it probably is!
Or is it? I went to my Indian spice pusher yesterday, and found yummy coconut milk. I checked the nutritional info and found to my joy that its low carb. It's also quite calorific, so I have to watch it and treat it like a ... well, a treat.
It should be fine, shouldn't it? I'm no expert at macro nutrients, but I think that what surprises me is that I've never seen it mentioned in here ...?
I'd appreciate any comments on pros, cons and serving ideas, apart from just drinking it with great pleasure

I also bought ghee, which is so hard to come by in Denmark

My KTC brand is 129 calories per 100, compared to your 188 per 100. It may be worth shopping around; although I am not calorie counting at some point there must be a threshold.

It is used in lots of recipes. If you go to any of the low carb or keto sites such as diet doctor and search for it you will find suggestions.

I don't believe I've ever seen it in regular supermarkets in Denmark, but I'll certainly keep my eyes open

Thanks xfielddok, I'll do that, but glad that nobody's objected to the product, on the contrary.
