What is the latest thinking on coconut sugar? Is it low GI or not ? The Internet cannot make its mind up ...

It is not a good thing to use as it is killing the palms which are damaged to supply the sap - and it is a simple sugar - low GI or not, all those sugar molecules are going to get digested and absorbed, in the end.
