Type 2 Coconut yogurt ?

If you are looking for a dairy free yogurt then there are coconut milk ones with fewer carbs, eg Co Yo is only 3.9g of carbs per 100g of yogurt, so closer to real Greek full fat (which is usually the lowest carb cows milk yogurt).
 
I’m helping my husband deal with type 2. We’re trying very hard to reduce sugar. So I’m confused re above. We might be ‘doing’ it incorrectly

As a starting point to understand why most of us here count carbs (net carbs in fact, as published in the UK - so note the USA uses total carbs on food labels) see Dr Unwin's simple graphics:

or pour the warm solution into a stainless steel food flask if you have one... same result....
For some unknown reason I never thought of a flask!!!
