I have recently been diagnosed type 2, anaemic and coeliac disease. I’ve practically removed carbs from my diet the last two months as I’d rather not eat it at all than suffer the awful gluten-free versions. The plus side is I’ve lost over a stone in the process but on the downside food is really miserable now.
Anybody else in the same boat?

I agree with @Antje77 that it may just be you haven't found some good low carb options that you like yet. And though @bulkbiker is an ardent carnivore, I assure you that there are also vegetarian low carb options should you not wish to eat meat .
Are you on any medications for the T2?
The "good" news on the coeliacs is that it should mean that you automatically don't eat bread, which is often one of the hardest things for low carbers to give up. So most low carb recipes will be gluten free by default....
