Its odd. I have two cups on a morning ( I like it STRONG as in 2 spoons per cup) and one at teatime. Anymore than that and I am up 2/3 times in the night. Bizarrely, lager and water dont make me get up in the night!!
According to my DN the caffeine in tea or coffee is a diuretic. When I asked her about peeing a lot she told me to get de-caf. I can't say it helped much but the point is that if caffeine is a diuretic then yes, coffee can make you pee.
