    67 HbA1c, 81KG (BMI 21.7) when diagnosed 1st February 2017 (age 59).
    37 HbA1c, 73KG (BMI 19.5) 18th April 2017 ("reversed" to non-diabetic level).
    30 HbA1c, 71KG (BMI 19.0) 1st August 2017
    30 HbA1c, 70KG (BMI 18.7) 13th November 2017

    37 HbA1c, 69KG (BMI 18.5) 1st August 2018

On doctor's advice: No meds, low-carb (70g/day). Daily 3-mile walk + 30mins home exercise. I don't use a blood-glucose meter. Before diagnosis: Decades on "low-fat" diet but liberally consumed rice, pasta, potatos, bread, beer. Skinny, but had prominent "beer paunch" at diagnosis even though BMI was "only" 21.7 -- waistline was 40" but is now 33". Height 6-foot-4 (193cm).
