I'm attempting the coffee loaf on the diabetic 2016 cookbook.

Can anyone tell me what they mean by cold expresso. Can i buy it as a cold ecpresso or can i make it out of instant expresso granules or what is best to use.

You could go into any coffeeshop and ask for a takeaway espresso, then leave it to go cold.
Or you could make a small cup of strong instant and use that.

Worth checking how many ml an espresso is (via google), and then only add that much liquid, otherwise you could end up flooding the recipe with too much liquid.
 
I buy bottles cold brewed espresso. Tastes nothing like regular brewed. Love it. It has a different flavor but I'm sure the other suggestions would work as well. Anything with coffee is good haha
