I love the smell of coffee but never really liked it. I see many places mention it does not raise BG levels in fact may lower them. We have a dolce gusto coffee machine and looking at their site, quite a few of there pods are less than 0.1gcarbs and sugars, like espresso, lungo etc. I think I may try and become a coffee lover, although not everyday or maybe every week, but I wanna branch out.
