I've noticed my blood sugars are raised after coffee. White, no sugar and not too much milk. Does it happen to anyone else?

Hmm, that's strange 50mls is not a lot so would be maybe 2-3g of sugar, does your blood sugar go up by 2 or 3? Try testing 2 hours later and see what it is.
 
Not usually. I usually drink tea but occasionally have a coffee and have noticed my sugars go up when I do.
I'll try leaving it longer before testing,
