Coke Zero and KP Peanuts

Slept at midnight ish with glucose levels of 4.4 after a finger prick test. Was worried that it’ll go down in to hypoglycaemic numbers but fell asleep

I woke up at 7am finger prick test showed 5.1! My last meal was at about 7pm, I had sardines cooked in Ghee, plenty of spices and fresh baby spinach and leaves with peppers fresh cut. Went down with a can of 7up free. Two hours later my blood glucose was 5.

The other issue I had was in the morning I had homemade chicken soup. I left the house with blood glucose of 5.2. This was at 10am, cape home at 5.30pm checked blood glucose it was 5.8. I did a lot of running (work as a delivery driver, often jump out the van and run to the door and back and up and down streets lol!)

So I had no nuts before sleep or 7up.

Going to live this way a few days and then Monday try 7up before sleep see what happens then a few days later try nuts and see what spikes it

Bare in mind work stress will push your numbers.
I had to navigate the Yorkshire dales in my moffett mounted Artic on thursday, proper James herriot Country, absolutely no place for something 52feet long and and I had eaten nothing since the night before.

Got up to a perfectly normal 5 and at the peak of the stresses I was a 6.7. With no food. Just my body giving me the tools to deal with the day. Couple of hours later I was well in the 5's and at home pre meal was a normal 4.9.

Had two handfuls of KP peanuts and hour bI forget sleep woke up with blood sugar of 6.3

Going to give it the days and then try 7up before bed.

I think it’s the nuts.
