Hi, can anybody advise me on how to deal with a cold feet feeling at night. They are actually quite warm, but just feel cold. I wear at least two pairs of socks but it doesn,t really help. I,ve been to the doctors who have prescribed gabapentin but it doesn,t really help either. I have been to the vascular doctor who says my circulation is fine. It,s just that the cold feel sensation at night interferes with my sleep. Any advice gratefully received, rgs Brian

I have really cold feet all day when the weather is cold, especially the big toes. I find that my electric Over Blanket keeps my toes warm enough over night for them not to be a problem. I also bought a pair of down slippers from 'not the south Face'. I find that if my legs are warm the feet tend to be less cold too. Best of luck!

Not recommending it but my late father in law who lived into his 90s used to put fiery jack on his feet in winter to keep them warm - mind you he used to sleep with his window wide open as well - there was once 5 inches of snow on his inside window sill and a snow drift on the carpet - good for the chest he said!

Ah made with Wintergreen. I remember ellagy mentioning it in another thread.
