cold feet ,

Beta blockers are used for some heart/blood pressure problems. They are known to cause cold peripheries in some people. Their name always ends with 'olol'.
im on them , had a small heart attack last june and had a stent fitted, taking loads of pills ,, uuuccckkk lol

not hands though ,, only when its cold outside then i wear my gloves anyway ,

I'm guessing it's possibly a circulation issue.... even if you are active all day. When I've had freezing cold feet, it's always during a period of inactivity. 15 mins on a treadmill at a brisk pace warms them up. Hot tea helps too.

Feet worse since i started them. Elevating them helps.

@smokiejoe03 - When your feet are cold, are they pale? Maybe you could have a read about Raynaud's Phenomenon.
