My feet get cold and stay cold even when I'm walking I think I have got some nerve damage due to high BS is there anything that I can do to try and prevent my feet from being cold all the time

Simple solution is bring your blood sugars down and keep feet warm. Have you also had your thyroid function checked?

Thyroid function not checked but off to the doctors tomorrow so will get him to check it .thanks
