hi

I need some advice im type 2 on today I have the starts of a cold my appetite has gone and I feel **** is there anything I should be doing or keeping an eye on whilst im like this

May need to keep a closer eye on your BG levels, drink plenty of fluids and I hope you feel better soon.

thanks hope so im also asthmatic an normally when I get a cold I need steroids to help me breath so fingers crossed I wont need them this time

id say ,do all the right things, food and exercise rest wise but stop testing, your numbers will be up so no point kicking yourself over that too
