Do colds cause you to be more dehydrated.
My symptoms of feeling nasty started about Wednesday but the proper nose blowing and sneezing on Friday afternoon.

I’m just finding that I’m fine if I’m sitting but as soon as I get up to do anything I am wiped out really quickly.
I know colds last for 7 days but I’m wondering if they cause dehydration. Given my meds cause that too.
I’m wondering if that’s not helping.

Not sure about dehydration but plenty of fluids are supposed to help flush the nasties out, plus a warm drink can be comforting, I like a fruit tea when I'm under the weather, Pukka Teas lemon and honey tea bags and their liquorice ones are particularly nice :)

I have just read your post "when to stop." Both posts appear to be written today.
I cannot look at both posts and be reconciled.
For goodness sake look after yourself properly!
Plenty of fluids - 2/3litres a day.
Get your blood sugars up to 5/6.

I have not had the flu or a cold for years, but I remember drinking plenty of water to help flush it out.
