I think I've sussed your enquiry... You need an image hosting site like "image shack" & post the image URL into the forum from there...

If you want to change your avatar from the silhouette to a pic, click on your name, profile page, then on avatar - then click on Choose File to upload from your computer.

Hi Indy,

Colin started another topic called "Blood". In the post was simply the word "selfie"..

I deduce that Colin may have been attempting to post a "blood sugar selfie"..?

It also looks like he's using the forum "app". So I assume a mobile device like a phone is involved..
Guessing by Colin's user name I'd say he was a guy in his mid 40's too..
I'm going to take a wild stab & suggest Colin is a diabetic.. & for my next trick..? Lol ;)
