Sitting watching Come dine with me & it got me thinking.

If you had applied to be on the show and just had a call to say you will be appearing on it, what would you cook?

That's a really good question...that I've often wondered whilst watching. It think I would definitely make it into a low carb affair...it's so not true that low carb has to be boring.

Main-coriander chicken with caulirice
Dessert-creme brûlée with dark chic topping
