I always get the flu jab and now my son is eligible I ensure he does too. I had swine flu and since then prevention is always better than a cure. Wouldn't hesitate. Had the pneumonia jab when I was diagnosed a few months ago - no side effects so personally I would say go for it. glad you're feeling better

I hardly ever get colds, can't even remember I had 1. I don't ever have the flu jab either!

glad you recovered so fast! strangely since dx in feb i havent had anything at all, never been healthier, im waiting to see what happens during the winter cold season as i tend to eat as many meds as possible when im ill because i cant have time off work so i eat pills and keep going, not sure the beechams flu plus kinds stuff is ok for us so lets see
