Hello guys,
I was diagnosed with DM type 2, since almost 7 years ago,
most of checking blood sugar levels around 115 - 120 average, this is in checking once or twice per week,
recently, few months ago, got inflammation and pain in my full left arm, starting from the shoulder till the palm of the hand,
finally was diagnosed as "compressed nerve" and was recommended to take physical therapy course to decompress the nerve, and taking Lyrica 75 mg. once a day at bed time,
was going for this treatment almost 2 months, but still often feel some pain, but the inflammatory sensation gone since the 3rd session of therapy,
As i am taking the diabetes medication, 1 GLIZIDE 5 mg before breakfast, then 1 mitformin 500 mg after breakfast, and again 2 mitformin 500 mg after dinner,
in my last visit to see the Dr. warned me if the compression did not improved, that may go for surgery,, something scary really?
is this related to diabetic ? or worsen it? any alternatives to speed up the recovery of this compressed nerved?
your soonest feedback , or shared ideas, experienced will be highly appreciated,
Kind regards,
