Hello,
I am new on this forum, I will be grateful if I can get some help on this. I had a baby a few months ago and was diabetic from about week 11. I was treated with metformin and insulin. My blood sugar went back to normal after delivery and my hba1c was 5.8 about three months afterwards. I have carried on monitoring my blood sugar sometimes and the problem is that there have been few occasions when my fasting glucose level is slightly above the 7mmol mark. So like 7.2, 7.5. My last Hba1c about a month ago was 5.6, my blood sugar post meals are usually fine.
What does this indicate?
