Confused about Dawn Phenomenon

Hi there,

I really confused about how to treat Dawn Phenomenon. I prefer to low carb but surely the reason for DP is lack of carb/glucose.

What is best to prevent and treat it in other peoples experience? - It's the main thing I really struggle with

My early morning bg can vary from hypo to mid teens. Not sure DP is not an urban myth. If it exist it would be due to lack of insulin. How many diabetics notice anything?

DP is not a myth. Ive proven it with monitor and CGM readings personally and is a reason for getting a pump
