I checked my blood sugar level last night at bedtime. It was 118. I sleep for nine hours and then this morning I checked again and the reading was 122. I ate nothing between the two readings. Is that normal?

That's very interesting. Thank you. Do you know of a good link
where I could read up and learn some about how the liver and kidney's work? I really don't know much about medical information.
