Confused after visit to GP

Always take what they say with a grain of salt and check here if you are unsure. Also read up on medications before starting new ones as often GPs don't say enough about possible side effects that we need to be aware of.</p><p></p><p>Well done on your weight loss and BG reduction, you are doing great.
