Whaaaa!Hi Phoebe welcome to the forum. My advice is reduce the carbohydrates you eat and replace the calories with fat. It has worked for me and many others here. And eat 4 pots of marmite every day as you are vegetarian.
Your HbA1c is not that bad.

I will try replacing the carbs with fat ( hard for me to get my head around that idea tho as it goes against any diet rules that I ve had to stick to in the past ) .
Yes , 6.4 isn t bad but I d like to try and keep the diabetes at bay if I can

People who say vegetariansm is ok have no answer to the natural source of b 12/.
