Ok, so I have been cutting carbs as I had an type 2 on insulin. I had a routine blood test two weeks ago about my other meds, and it appears I have high potassium levels. I have been advised to cut out a lot of the low carb snacks I using to deal with this issue. Another blood test and I now have high cholesterol, which I think is because of the cheese and heavy cream I have been using for the low carb diet. I feel like I can’t win. What on Earth diet can I follow now? I certainly don’t have it in me for keto. So I am confused and disappointed.
