Hi All
Im new here so go easy on me lol I was diagnosed T2 2 years ago & i must admit i buried my head in the sand for a year or so & to be honest have only been taking things seriously for the last 2 months! So my BS have always been high between 15-20 & felt like **** all the time, this is something i became used to
I have had metformin increased over time im currently on 4x 500mg Metformin & 1x 80mg Gliclazide a day
Yet my BS still never went below 15 until yesterday, Was at work & started to feel awful "wobbly" "disorientated" "sick" like i was just going to pass out & got a throbbing headache that just wouldnt shift. Checked my BS & it was 7.4 but could i of been having a hypo because my body is use to coping with high sugar levels all the time? anyway i managed to eat/drink & get my BS up to 13 then i started to feel alot better & then today exactly the same thing happened, my BS is currently 14 & i feel fine apart from Headache that wont shift & alot of tingling in my fingers & toes! Does anyone have any idea why my levels have dropped all of a sudden? There have been no changes what so ever in my lifestyle/diet ect :/
