Just says 31.3 carbs per 100g cooked as directed, doesn't specify whether 100g of cooked or dry weightdoes it not say on the pack. I would take it as the dried weight in absence of any further info
31.3 g per 100g cooked as directedIt usually says if it is dry or cooked. What was the value? If it is about 75g it will be dry.
If I cook it very al dente it has less effect on my BG.
?umm yes still a little ambiguous.
is that 100g of dried and then cooked as directed is 31.3g or is it 100g of the cooked weight is 31.3g
I see your dilemma
It says cooked. You just said it.

Thanks for that, it makes sense then that the 31.3 g of Carbs must be from 100g of the cooked pasta.Ok this helps - definitely says dried (70% carb of dried weight)

yes quite carb expensive - double that of bread. You could make it a little better by cooking it then letting it go cold and reheating it.Thanks for that, it makes sense then that the 31.3 g of Carbs must be from 100g of the cooked pasta.
Wish the packaging was a little clearer
I have also read that reheating makes it worse. Have you tried it?yes quite carb expensive - double that of bread. You could make it a little better by cooking it then letting it go cold and reheating it.
35 g?32g carbs - just think how much liquorice you could have eaten instead
Have you tried the Australian liquorice from Lakeland?this amount
and I love them
