Connecting Accu-Chek Insight Pump to 360

Can anyone help me, I have always been able to connect my son's Insight meter to the 360 Management software, however for some reason it will no longer connect to PC, the meter continually says it is trying to connect and then fails. Has anyone got any ideas or come across this problem before.
 
could it be the cable itself? do you have diasend? if so maybe try the cable off that

now i know its poss not this but i have to run 360 on my old windows xp ...
as it will not work on or download
on a MAC
if you still have problems phone up the helpline i did this last year the helpline got a very good tech guy to phone me the call was over 90 mins yes 90 mins he got me to uninstall programs then reinstall i am like my old cop very slow on comp work but he talked me through and together got it working fine so try the help line well done
