I'm participating in a technology startup weekend hosted on the Gold Coast in Australia - my team is working on an online platform to link individuals with chronic disease to general medical practitioners and allied health professionals specialising in that area. I.e. a way of connecting diabetics to general practitioners with a special interest in diabetes management. Another thing that we would aim to do is connect patients directly to allied health practitioners such as podiatrists and dentists who can manage the respective complications of diabetes. What we would love is to get some feedback on this idea from patients and what would be best for you? Cheers
