Constant Blood Sugar Meter

Is there any device that you can have attached to yourself in an area of blood flow that constantly measures your blood sugar levels, and maybe beeps if it goes too high or too low.

I mean a device that is always attached to yourself besides an insulin pump.

Nothing that measures glucose level in blood, only intersititial fluid such as the devices already out there. Provided a glucose sensor is well-sited, the delay is only around 20 minutes and despite my constant whingeing and carping on the subject, it's actually pretty good most of the time.

The problem with an implanted device is always going to be around recharging or replacing components, infection etc. hence what there is at the moment, a compromise.

Watch the tour it looks great, covers trends and warns you of to high or low before it even happens.

this product is still measuring interstitial fluid only, not blood...
