Constipation

Personally I think its very healthy and do exactly what you do.. slices of butter dipped in sea salt and cream in coffee and with any kind of dessert and also glugged straight from the pot.... yummy.

You are one of my dietary gurus on here so will carry on
 
I still can't go properly after five weeks on keto, i need to use something , but i need to bring my sugar right down and that's more important for me .

Are you drinking enough water? That should help things along - or a magnesium supplement.
 
Do you use “real salt “ or sea salt?

I had to add much more to increase magnesium.

At first was the guilt of “too much salt will bring back hypertension” but I got over that! (Just like eating natural fats will give me a heart attack)

The extra salt helps.

I also had to stop drinking too much water.

I’m better now. I drink to thirst only and I generously salt (and butter) lots. It’s very enjoyable.
