It certainly can!
Sugar free gum,bubble mint flavour. I went through a whole box yesterday.
Last night it was Montezumo's revenge.
Sweetners=xylitol, sorbitol, aspartame, mannitol, acesulfame k, sucralose, phenylalanine.
Never knew such small pieces contained so many different sweetners.

I've learnt my lesson.
