Contour next meter

Hi
I've been using the contour next sub meter but it has stopped working with the pc. It says there is a fault on it, I've scanned it but it says nothing's wrong. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
On normal storage usbs I've ended up formatting the stick but I don't think it's an option in this case.
Anyone have any suggestions please

Try phoning Bayer customer care, the number is on their website. If you have registered your meter, they will probably send you a replacement if they are unable to suggest another way of fixing the problem . They are usually pretty good .

I sent Bayer an email when my tester failed. I received one in the post 2 days later. They are very good

Tester itself seems fine. It seems to be a software problem. I will give them a ring after work

I phoned Bayer about a fault. They were very helpful
