I had a hba1c reading of 10/83 December 2013. The worst result since my rebelling years as a teen. I have had Type 1 Diabetes since I was 9mths old. I will be 35yrs tomoz. But in February 2014 I started something amazing a complete lifestyle change. Which has helped me without extra meds to get my blood sugars from in there 14/19+s to 8/11s in a matter of months. I have never felt so alive and free. I am going from strength to strength. I never thought I could achieve these results believe me and I was the youngest in Northamptonshire to be diagnosed at the time. Yes I was that guinea pig.
