Hello I have just joined and was wanting to ask for help. I have been diagnosed since start of 2011 type 2 going by GAD test but I inject lantus and nova rapid as tablets don't work. Just now I am injecting 26 lantus and can range from 70 to 100 nova rapid diabetic nurse is saying I have bad insulin resistence as my last h1ac was at 15. The thing that gets me most is that after nearly 6 years I still have not been placed on an education course in regards to basal Bolas and inject is complete guess work as I have no idea what I am doing any advice you could direct me to so that I am able to help myself would be gratefully appreciated.

Appaling, ask for a referral to someone who will help you as you need help to sort your diabetes out to avoid the nasty complications of uncontrolled diabetes.
