Hello everyone, my name is Grace my first time using this site so i am really looking forward making new friends. I am type one diabetic and find it very hard to control my blood sugar's, i've been diabetic 37 years, please reply me if anyone has this problem x

Ask to go on a carb counting course such as DAFNE (if on basal/bolus). There's an on-line version of the course in the following

Hi grace, do you have problems going to high or too low? Or both?

Like noble said a carb counting course might be best for you.

Do you see patterns with certain things you eat or at certain times of the day? Xx

I think it isnt easy to control your blood sugars as I am sure we can all relate too............but with the right info and it is possible.......
