Convert into old money, please

Hi all, got my recent hba1c back today. It is 56. What does this convert into in old terms? How do you calculate it... thank you in advance

Think you may be referencing 56 mg/dl ( American) .
Probably easy to do and I'm not certain but 56 (American) should equal 3.2%.
Why can't we all sing off the same song sheet?
