I am not known for my cooking skills, disasters mostly, inedible mess but since my diagnosis I have had to try harder. Today I made a crustless broccoli quiche and it was lovely. Frozen the rest so I have a few meals ready made for me.
Also I bought a nice top today and for the first time in many many many years I got a size 14, I just had to tell everybody.

Well done you, much nicer than shop bought and you know exactly what went into it plus the satisfaction of making it yourself. I know how it feels to shop for smaller sizes, I was size 18 for a comfortable fit now I'm also a 14 and my tops & jumpers look so much better when wearing. Keep it up
PS like your avatar, did you paint it?
If it cant be done quickly, simply, usually in a one-pot way, then I'm probably not going to bother. But I have found that i can make some gluttonously gorgeous low carb food with a single deep, wide pan, a microwave and a halogen oven. I rarely use all three, and i rarely stand phaffing for more than 10 mins, but LOVE this way of eating.
Lovely painting. I've been admiring it. Well done on cooking and the size 14. I know that reduced-size feeling too and the energy it brings.
PWDs-in-arms!
