:)My father is a Diabetic and has recently invested in some life changing cookware that allows you to cook without using Grease, Fats or Oils and retains upto 93% of the Nutrition in the Food just through proper food preparation. He invested in the cookware 3 weeks ago and has already lost 2 pounds he says that now he is getting the correct amount of nutrition in his food he is now eating smaller portions because he is receiving the correct amount of vitamins and minerals in each meal.

I am carefully monitoring his progress because i have spoken with people that have benn using the Cookware for sometime and Doctors have advised for them to be taken off Insulin.

I will be updating this blog weekly or there abouts, would like to hear from anybody that has had any similar experiences with regards to diets.

Andy,

You should know that grease, fats and oils have absolutely nothing to do with diabetes. There are a number of cookware items on the market that allow you to cook without additional fat or oils (e.g. grills produced under the name of a former heavyweight boxer).

Any publicity that tells you that using this cookware can reduce or stop reliance on insulin by a diabetic is simply telling you a pack of lies and, if sold in the UK, should be reported immediately to your local Trading Standards Office.
